Nanci is a highly experienced Workers’ Compensation Coordinator with over 10 years of experience. Her role is to serve as the central point of contact for injured employees, employers, insurance companies, and physicians, ensuring that every case is managed efficiently and effectively. Nanci’s expertise covers the entire life cycle of a workers’ comp claim, from the initial injury to the patient’s release. She excels at coordinating all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, diagnostic tests, and injections. She also has extensive experience arranging Second Opinions and Independent Medical Exams (IMEs), ensuring patients receive comprehensive and timely care. Additionally, Nanci is responsible for managing all the administrative components of each case. This includes maintaining meticulous records, obtaining pre-authorizations and precertification for all treatments, and providing consistent updates to all parties. Nanci’s deep knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations, insurance protocols, and medical terminology allows me to navigate even the most complex cases with ease.
