Dr. Nok Keomahathai, M.D, FAAPMR
Dr. Nok specializes in both minimally invasive nonsurgical and surgical treatments of musculoskeletal, orthopedic and spine related disorders. He promotes conservative treatment including physical therapy, chiropractic care and other less invasive treatments. However, if a patient’s conditions do not improve with conservative treatments, he guides patients on various minimally invasive treatments to help control pain and to restore maximum physical function.
If such minimally invasive treatments do not create a lasting resolution of a patient’s symptoms, more advanced therapies such as spinal cord stimulation, interspinous spacer/fusion or intrathecal pain pumps may be considered. He uses a multi-disciplinary, algorithmic and comprehensive approach for the treatment of pain in order to improve the overall quality of life for EACH of his patients.
